Every person wants to become successful in his life. Though hard work is an important factor that contributes to one’s success, knowingly or unknowingly our daily habit also plays a vital role. While thinking of success, the first habit that we should think of is our wake up time in the morning. Many successful entrepreneurs, CEOS and athletes start their day early in the morning when most of the people are tucked up in their bed.  Ben Franklin said, “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” It is worth trying to become an early bird from a night owl.

Nothing can give such a soothing feeling to eyes than watching the midnight blue sky turning to light blue. Meditating in the arms of the rising sun gives you mental peace for a good start to the day.

Most of the time breakfast is skipped because we are short of time due to getting up late. It is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. After the 6-7 hrs of night fasting, breakfast serves as the fuel for our body to start for the day. Skipping breakfast will make your hungry stomach eat unhealthy. So next time you complain of not having enough time to have breakfast, try getting up early.

Exercise can be done in the evening also, but nothing can beat the benefits of a workout done in the morning. Starting the day with a workout is an excellent way to boost your day. Sometimes due to last minute changes, we keep rescheduling and postponing our exercise plan. Waking up early could be an easy solution.
